Day 10

In my vain attempt to catch a falling shelf I hurt my finger and got a blood blister. I haven't had a blood blister since I was 6 and I don't like it.

Day 9

Today I turned in my BFA application and portfolio to my friend Jessica who works in the Art Office.

Day 8

On Saturday I helped photograph a wedding with my friend Corrine. At this wedding the Great Grandma had a seizure, I thought this was a sad, yet funny image.

Day 7

This is my sisters moving dog, Teddy.

Day 7

Due to Technical Difficulties my blog post for today has been delayed. I am down in Utah to help photograph a wedding with a friend from two of my photo classes. My post for today was going to be of my sisters dog, that I took upon arriving at my sisters house in Payson. I hope I have better luck tomorrow.

Day 6

I worked on this one picture for over a week and came in this morning ready to print but the silly thing was saved to the wrong resolution so I had to start all over. When I tried to print it came out black and white. It simply was not my morning in photography!

Photo Journal Assignment

• The idea is to make a singular photograph every day for ten days (10 images) that is important to you.
• Avoid “going photographing”, but rather keep a camera with you as you “live your life” and treat it as a way to document your experiences.
• Still try to make these visual journal entries interesting though.
• You will pair the image with a sentence or two describing the image and/or the experience it documents.
• The images and sentence needs to be placed on your blog every day – no lumping images into your blog towards the end of the assignment. I will be checking and your grade will be based on this aspect of the assignment.
• This assignment will run from Friday, March 13 through Tuesday, March 24 by 8 pm.
