The New Centers of BYU- Idaho

BYU - Idaho now has two centers, don't ask me how that is posable but I guess it is.
Recently the add-on to the Manwaring Center and the new BYU - Idaho Center were dedicated. I waited for all the students to leave then we went on a walk around the new buildings to photograph.
I hope you can smell that new building smell through the photographs.

Nature Walk

Today I went on a little photography walk around Rigby Lake and came upon these.
Other then being a type of seed, I have no idea what they are.
Anyone know?

What ever they are, I think they are kinda beautiful.

Support Your Local Photographers

All around the world there are small, independent, local photographers who's talents are seldom recognized. More often then not, they are women who have received the proper education and training in the field and work not only as photographers out of there home but as mothers also.
Kristen Moss is such a photographer, and for a limited time she is hosting a free photo shoot give away! The steps are simple and absolutely worth the time to have a chance to win a personalized photography session with this talented photographer. Visit her blog for further information and support a local photographer!

The House I don't Understand

I don't understand what happened to this house or why it happened to it. I do understand that it use to be a photography studio, then a place of residence, then it was for sale. I also know that it is located in down town Rexburg, and that it once was a beautiful stone front home, but now it is a half torn down house with no rhyme or reason to its torn down state.
Its just random, and very sad.
It's too extensive to be vandalism and too random to be deconstruction.

Home: Day One

This blog was started in Brother Clarks class as a photo journal and I had to post a photo a day, of a photo I took that day. I naturally take photos every day now and thought that it may be fun to try to do the photo journal again for the length of our trip home. So here is day one.
Enjoy.

Cody + Ashley

On Friday the 23rd I got the opportunity to photograph this lovely couple getting married. In addition to the location, the whole family was abnormaly atractive so their photographs naturally came out beautifully. It was a joy working with them and I wish them the very best of luck!
