This is our friend Emmett whom I have known since age 16 and Ian since age 11. He is a good fellow who is very kind and patient with everyone. We somehow have convinced Emmett to follow us from Oregon to Idaho then from Idaho to Utah. And it's here in Provo that Emmett finally met Michelle. They just got engaged and are getting married in July. It makes both Ian and I very happy that he found someone who shares so many of his interests and characteristics. They were nice enough to let me photograph them. Emmett looks pretty happy I think. I'm glad he followed us here and has found someone else to follow now. (Not that I minded him following us, it meant we always had a friend!)
